PPI continuously conducts applied research by constantly scanning, mapping, assessing and analyzing the national, regional and global Geo-political dynamics, security and their impacts on governance, peace and security for states in Africa. Emphasis is on states, key regional economic communities (RECS) and regional integration in Africa. PPI has positioned teams charged with the responsibility of identifying key hot spots of conflicts, track their mutations within greater Africa Region, while keeping constant analysis of high priority threats such as Terrorism, Maritime Security, illegal Migration, Human Trafficking and Climate change.
