On September 11, 2024, Mercy Corps held an informal roundtable to address action points from the Naivasha workshop and discuss challenges in Samburu and Turkana counties. Women representatives from Samburu, West Pokot, and local experts shared valuable insights on issues such as resource management, FGM, child marriages, and GBV. The meeting generated innovative solutions tailored to these regions, emphasizing sustainable practices and community-driven initiatives.
